specialities
- the Pain Sportif (
- the baguette de l’Erdre : it is the home-made baguette. It is made up
of Red Label tradition flour and flour of gaude (roasted corn) and is made on
liquid leaven.
- the croissant made with butter, which got the prize of the “best
croissant of Loire-Atlantique made with butter in 2009”
- the warm potato: a potato which is cooked in the oven, crunching outside and tender inside, and well-served according to your desires.
